Shipping policy

How long will my order take to arrive?

Shippings take between 72-96 working hours to arrive since the order is placed (only for shippings inside the Peninsula: not applicable to Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla). All shipments will be made through the shipping company Correos Express.
If your order had to be delayed for any reason, we would contact you to communicate this event.
Once the parcel is shipped, you won’t be able to make any changes to the shipping address.

How much does shipping cost?

All orders are inclusive of VAT and shipping costs are only included for users who are resident in Spain -except residents in Canary Islands-. The rest of the users will have to pay the shipping costs that will be shown/broken down in the order. Customs costs will always be charged to the user.

Can I ask for an order to be shipped outside of Spain?

Of course you can. In these cases you will have to add the shipping costs to the final price of the product, which will appear in the summary of the purchase. Likewise, the delivery period will be longer.

What happens if I am not at the address I gave when the courier comes to deliver the order?

After a first delivery attempt, the carrier will leave a notice for you to contact them to arrange a new delivery date. This delivery can be made to the delivery address you gave us or to one of the carrier's offices.

What can I do if my order doesn’t arrive?

If after 5 working days since the confirmation of your order you still haven’t received it, please contact us through the email

Can I send my order as a gift?

Yes, we offer you the possibility to send gifts through our online shop. To do this, make the purchase as usual, select the shipping address where you want us to send the gift and in the "Shipping" step, check the option "Wrap for gift". You can write a personalised message and we will take care of wrapping it in a special way.

Can I pick up my order in any of your stores?

Yes, you can pick up your order at our shop, just check the corresponding box during the purchase process and complete the purchase by making the payment. When we have it ready, we will contact you to arrange an appointment with a date and time for collection. Please bring your order confirmation email with you -either printed or on a mobile device.
