How do I return an item?

To return an item that you are not satisfied with, we offer you the possibility to return it through our shipping company Correos Express.

The steps to do so are as follows:

  1. Complete ALL THE DATA on the Return Form that you will find inside the box we have sent you, with the information of the articles you want to return as well as the necessary data for the collection of the package.
  2. Send it to correo with the subject "return order nº XX". It is very important that you include your order number in both the subject line and the Return Form, otherwise we will not be able to process your return.

Prepare your package for return using the original packaging we sent you, with the item in the same condition in which it was sent , with its original labels and without having been used. Don't forget to include the completed Return Form inside the package..

  1. As soon as we receive it, we will request the collection of the package to our transport company Correos Express.
  2. We will then confirm the date and place of collection, and we will send you a delivery note that you must stick on the box.
p style="font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;">You must facilitate the collection within a maximum of 3 working days from the date we receive the Return Form.
  1. Once received at our warehouse, we will check that the item is in the same condition as it was sent, that it has not been used, that it retains its original labels and its complete original packaging, and we will proceed to refund the money in the same way in which you made the payment.


Please note that we cannot make size or colour changes, so if you need to exchange an item for another one, we will refund the price of this one and you will be able to make a new purchase in our online shop.


What is the deadline for a return?

The maximum period you have to send us the return form is 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order. After this period we will not be able to accept the return of your order.

Do I have to pay anything for my return?

If you return your order through our transport company Correos Express, the return will be free of charge for you (only Peninsula).

How and when will I receive the money of my return?

Once the return has been approved (when we check that the returned items are in perfect condition and in the same condition in which they were sent, that they have not been used, that they retain their original labels and their complete original packaging) you will receive the amount in the same way in which you made the payment. We will send you a confirmation email indicating the amount that will be credited to your account in a few days. Remember that the credit to your debit and/or credit card always depends on your bank.

The amount credited will correspond to the RRP you paid for the returned items.

What if I have lost my return form?

Don't worry, just email us at info@carolina-alvarez.comand we will resend it to you. Fill in all the fields; you have the instructions at the bottom of the form. And don't forget to include it in the package when you return your order.

Right of withdrawal

According to the Distance Selling Regulations, customers in the European Union have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal from their order. You may exercise your right of withdrawal by means of any type of unequivocal statement indicating your decision to withdraw from the contract. You can do so by sending an e-mail to
